Who are Lawyers & his/ her work ?

Lawyer is a person who has knowledge on Law & Legal Procedures and practices law as a chartered legal executive or  advocate. He play the role to give true justice and save life of innocent person. A lawyer have to wear Black Coat in the court premises and also during fighting cases . A lawyer represents his clients at court in front of judge and does legal research on legal drafts, provides assistance and join judicial services.

LLB stands for Bachelor of Laws or The Legum Baccalaureus a professional degree to practice for Law in most common law countries.

Eligibility & Qualifications:-

§  Qualification:- 10 +2 with minimum of 50% marks

§  Age:-Not more than 20 years

§  Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) :- For 3 year course

§  Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 50% marks

§  Master of Laws (LL.M.) :- For 2 year course

§  Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 50% marks

Exams:-

Students can go for law courses After 12th standard with any stream (Science/Arts/Commerce). For getting admission in law, students has to appear Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) Exam. It is conducted for admission in National Law Universities .After passing CLAT , candidates can get admission on L.L.B & L.L.M courses. Bar Council of India(BCI)  provides Certificate of Practice to the students after completing LL.B. to practice in the profession of law & for receive certificate, which is mandatory for the candidates to qualify.

§  In average for Freshers : 1 Lakh to 2 Lakh per annum

§  For Experienced : 3 Lakh to 7 Lakh (per annum) its based on Lawyer experience
